UPCAT Application Forms for 2011 are Now Available

Application Forms for UPCAT 2011 are now available. Download the following:
1. General Information - This contains the important information about the UPCAT, the list of campuses and courses.
2. Personal Data Sheet (UPCAT Form 1) - This form is to be filled up by you. It will contain your personal information as well as your campus and course choices and your testing center.
3. High School Records (UPCAT Form 2) - This form is to be filled up by your school authorities. Together with Form 1 and the other requirements, this should be submitted to UP before the deadline.
*You need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view and print *.pdf files.
Important Dates to Remember:
25 May 2010 - Start of Filing UPCAT 2011 Applications
18 June 2010 - Last Day of Submission for Metro Manila Schools
25 June 2010 - Last Day of Submission for Non-Metro Metro Manila Schools
IMPORTANT: Submit your complete applications way ahead of the deadlines. Do not wait for the crunch time to avoid long lines on the last few days before the deadline.

The UPCAT is not a test you want to cram for. Although it might sound overwhelming, tiresome, or even boring to some, if you prepare as early as possible and commit to doing it right, then you will get excited when the UPCAT result is released.
